Dr. S. Nanda holds PhD Degree from Sambalpur University. He was Vice-Chancellor at North Orissa University from the year 2005-2008. He has made significant research contributions to the fields of Fuzzy Mathematics, Functional Analysis, Optimization and Discrete.Mathematics. He was visiting the professor at the University of Milan, Italy and Visiting Scientist at Pohang University of Science and Technology, South Korea.
